You choose the plan that suits your needs (amount of documents, storage, teams, etc.). Then you decide on the number of users that you require, taking into account the minimum number of users per plan.
Each plan has a limit on the number of documents. By “document” we mean:
Each plan includes a storage limit. As you upload documents or data to Athento, the storage space reduces. You have the possibility to upgrade your storage capacity at any time.
Teams offer the possibility of isolating different business processes, companies, etc. You can upgrade additional teams according to your needs.
If you need to integrate Athento with third-party applications, these applications can use our REST API. For example, an external application can create documents in Athento through a web service. Every request or API call to create a document (or any other operation) is counted. Execution of custom automation tasks from Athento also counts as API calls.
You can upgrade the number of API calls according to your needs.
You can cancel your subscription at any moment with a 60 days notice period.
Documents and data uploaded to Athento will always be your property. You can export them when you cancel your subscription.
The prices on this page do not include VAT. Taxes might apply depending on the location of your company. If it is an EU country (not including Spain) you will not be charged VAT.
