Athento takes a giant leap toward intelligent document management. Now, thanks to the integration of conversational AI, you can talk to your files and searches. Yes, literally. The Athenea assistant can consult all the documents in a file and give you accurate, contextual answers in seconds. You no longer need to open each file individually: with a single question, you can obtain summaries, extract key data, or clarify any doubts about the information contained in your files. It’s like having a document analyst available 24/7, ready to help you.

And if that weren’t enough, you can also chat with documents directly from the advanced search, choose the most relevant ones, and consult them with AI. Conversations now maintain context thanks to new threads of up to 128,000 tokens, allowing for more fluid, deeper, and more human interactions. This release marks a turning point in how you work with your documents: faster, easier, and smarter.

  • The existence of the document type is verified in the smart extraction to ensure that the information is obtained correctly or omitted if it is not available. PR-3169

  • MIME type validation in FilePond has been disabled to allow documents to be uploaded as in navigation, aligning both behaviors pending a future review. PR-3220
  • Issues with configuration export/import have been fixed: missing resources have been added in automation, the order of lifecycles has been adjusted to preserve states correctly, and the appropriate IDs have been included in the categories. PR-3218 🔝🌟
  • The automatic closing of the operations toast has been corrected: it now remains visible throughout the entire execution and only closes 15 seconds after all operations have finished, preventing it from disappearing prematurely in long processes. PR-3223

  • An explanatory image has been added to the queue widget in custom dashboards to indicate the absence of permissions for the user making the query. PR-3227
