1.- What is the Athento version that best fits my needs?

In the price tab you’ll find 2 products Athento Cloud: Athento Cloud Team and Athento Cloud Company. Athento Cloud Team is recommended for teams of up to 17 users, while Athento Cloud Company can be used by up to 100 users.

2.- How can I get Athento Cloud?

The Cloud Team and Cloud Company versions can be purchased through our website here.You can pay with your paypal account or credit card. First you need to complete the form on our website, then you will be redirected to the Paypal page for payment and there you can choose your payment method. Once payment is done, you will receive an email to activate your account, click on the link in the mail. Once you activate your account, you will receive another e-mail with the url and credentials to access your Athento Cloud.

3.- How long will it take to use Athento?

The time to have Athento Cloud will depend on the time it takes to make payment. Using Paypal account the payment is immediate, so in less than 5 minutes you will have your Athento working.

4.- How can I create users?

In Athento Cloud Team, the creation of new users is done by sending invitations from the home of your manager, each new user must acquire Athento Cloud Team. Once you send the invitation, the user will receive an email with instructions to follow. In Athento Cloud Company you can create up to 100 users from the user management panel without paying more or sending any invitations.

5.- What is the difference between Lite and Premium auto-tagging?

Premium auto-tagging uses a more comprehensive knowledge base that the Lite version, allowing you to get more accurate results regardless of the language of the document.

6.- How do I get a better support?

7.- How do I get more storage?

In the future, you will do it from your manager interface. While this possibility is under construction, you can ask for more capacity by emailing sales@yerbabuena.es

8.- Is there any mandatory committment of service use?

No. With Athento Cloud You pay for the months you want to use it, and you don’t have to stay if the service has not met your expectations. There is also no minimum contract period, you pay for what you use and go.

9.- And If I need help?

All the Athento Cloud products include a basic support. You can write your questions to soporte@athento.com and we will answer you as soon as possible.

10.- Where I can view the Terms of Service for Athento Cloud?

To purchase Athento Cloud, you must read and accept the terms of service. To learn more about them you can click here.

11.- What happens to my files if I don't renew my subscription?

You can export your files from Athento before the end of your subscription. After that, the files will be deleted from our servers.

12.- How can I renew my Athento Cloud subscription?

In the Admin Center (In Athento’s Interface), you will find an option available to renew for as long as you want.
